How to Prep
Shower, Shave, Exfoliate with a non-abrasive exfoliant. Manicures, pedicures and waxing are recommended prior to your spray. Dark loose clothing is ideal after the spray.
How to Maintain
Use a water based moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. Do not use loofahs or any body wash containing any exfoliants.

You can expect 7 to 11 days of glow. Keeping your skin moisturized with a water based moisturizer and avoiding abrasives likes body scrubs will help the tan last longer.
